Mr. Huettel received his J.D. in 2003 from California Western School of Law, and his B.S. in Sociology from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Huettel is a member of the American Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association and the California Bar Association.

Mr. Huettel has focused his practice on business and securities law. Combining both real world business development experience and a solid legal background has allowed Mr. Huettel to advise his clients on matters ranging from routine business decisions to structuring international transactions. These clients have included both emerging growth companies and established multinational corporations. Mr. Huettel has facilitated public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international transactions involving corporate partnering, strategic alliances, technology licensing, as well as general corporate formation and corporate governance matters including public company reporting and counseling. Mr. Huettel also has experience representing these companies, as well as private investors, in connection with a variety of private equity and debt financings. Mr. Huettel has experience in facilitating commercial real estate transactions.
